This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
And after I saw it, we all KNOW that NO ONE will 4EVER forget what he has done...
4 his Fans 4 his Friends 4 his Family...
And MANY OTHERS that have come to know him through his Music, Talent and Outstanding VIGOR as a Performer, Singer, Entertainer and MOST of all; 4 just being Michael.
We will 4EVER be in your debt and he will 4EVER be known as "THE KING OF POP"!
R.I.P. Michael Jackson 1958-2009; U may be gone, but we ALL know that you will live on thoughout the Afterlife and Beyond!
PEACE; we will ALWAYS hold you in High Spirits; NO MATTER what ANYONE SAYS!
no real bad news to be honest lol..Mostly good news and neutral news .I completed my models . Good news is I developed like this really cool model that takes objective point of views on how story worlds are developed, The Concept of Canon and what not from an Information theory point of view .I've got a complete systems of how worlds are put together and mediums form . My approach was that allot of these things are "Subjective" Sure but they have to be communicated ,so in the act of communication and structure around them can be analysis effectively without making value judgments .
Hollywood fit a type of communication code, What we call Hollywood and it convention and structures fall into a certain line of communication that is different from Bollywood Communication Code . Different from the Brazilian Code Different from the Japanese Code. Just because there an individual creating an art does not mean they have infinite freedom the way we imagine subjectivity . Creating art is manipulation of cultural codes and communication codes to convey something to a particular audience . So give an Example of this model at work
Sonic The hedgehog Initial Conditions that brought it into existence
Disney Cartooning Techniques and Felix the Cat (The particular eyes they used are a modification of Felix the cat or primitivism comic book style )
Looney Tunes Texy Avery , pretty positive Rouge has her busty roots in Jessica Rabbit and other Saucy cartoon figure like Minerva Mink . Little Red Riding hood
Early History of Sega and sonic on the Genesis
The Japanese Aspect of Sonic have little to do with Manga culture since it was originally created as something to appeal to international or US Audience .Not it own Domestic Audience . Which is why Sonic has no appeal in Japan .Think the Game play mechanics of the original Genesis games where Japanese . But I dont understand abstractly how Japanese develops approach internal mechanics of there plat formers, Id have to look it up loll there some article out there.
Japan definately had an influence ...but not directly . (younger kids who grew up on naruto want more well Naruto like anime which prompted the redesigns of sonic , the creation of Shadow and so forth .)But that an Internal cultural thing with kids in the USA .
So you have you initial Conditions right there above
Then you have all the different executions within the history of their development in the Mass market Games Comic books
Cartoons etc .
And theyve got initial creative conditions with them they change over time and adapt but you can figure out the general influences and design that made something . Now its subjective if (I like it or dislike it ) But people can dislike anything for any number of reason ( I didnt like the color ) ( I got bored ) etc that not very helpful to an artist lol.
In American culture we tend to associate corporate ownerships of something with the Ethnic Identity of a society or Individuality connection There really no connection to be honest . A Corporation is Impersonal device while a Culture is personal device. The relationships of Corporation to Culture is based on Corporation catering to the Culture needs and seeking profit , If it not catering to there Native culture then it has no connection . Corporation could be made in China and making Xmen Comic that sale on comic stands in the USA . Doesnt mean Xmen is Chinese or even has a relationships to Chinese ethnic culture or even bothers to use Chinese art culture. , But in mass markets the Ownerships of something may have nothing to do with the Culture of that society but Marvel can be made in Peru. The original Scooby Cartoons think the current ones are Animated in Korea . Doesnt Make Scooby Doo Korean. Does not Make Marvel Peruvian anymore than me eating sushi makes me Japanese . Since Consumer culture is bias to appeal to the largest majority consumer culture (US) the designer and creator cater to US Audiences . So a lot of the stuff we receive in the USA only gets here because it appeals to US. Has No connection to the rest of world to be honest or some other culture like Korea or Japan . The native products that appeal naively they dont sale here loll.. Really when you think about even the Japanese games that do sale here are highly bias toward something that stereotypically would appeal to Americans. Metal Gear Solid for Example though it doesnt outsell native product like Call of Duty or The Sims 3 . And The Sims 3 doesnt necessarily sale in other cultures or Call of duty . ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Now the Neutral news . Completed my model but gotta refine it to make it more accessible to like art and art usage lol..so it still not ready yet .but its useable since I understand it .
Got a few things I am looking into into what kinds of story I want to tell.I laid out a short comic based on that but I havent finished drawing all the different sally and learning to color. You got an email I can forward some of the stuff Ive been working on
Toon-Boom Sally . Is an Experiment I am working. American Cartoons are dying so I trying to Blend Old Cartoons From Futurama to Looney tunes with some inspiration from Eastern and possibly others Latin American and European animations (There not easy to find lol one thing is one of the reason Japanese animation is more common is it cheaply produced )while you dont find a lot of European or International animation outside of Animation festival . The basic principle is she gets sorta a device that gives her access to the power of different heroines. The Sega Squad Rouge Fiona Shade Sally , To Miss Bellum and Lousie Griffin. They get different powers etc . Going to avoid being stereotypical though with this lol.. any time you get a story with character and power always the problem of going DBZ! Power OVER !1000000000000000! . Rofl.
